aAnalysis of the components with numerical values in parentheses will be conducted only if requested by the customer.
bFor the chemical composition of each element in AC4CH that is not listed in this table, it shall be limited to 0.03% or less and 0.10% or less in total. However, for elements V and Bi, if Ingot indicated as purity classification ".1", it shall be limited to 0.05% or less, and if Ingot indicated as ".2", it shall be limited to 0.03% or less.
